5月6日來函中提到你公司AD-2號訂單項下3000箱藥材 (Herbs)運抵到港時，發(fā)現(xiàn)50箱變質(zhì)，對此，我們甚感遺憾。我公司經(jīng)營出口藥材多年，藥材于出口前均經(jīng)嚴格檢驗，在國際市場上享有盛譽。但如經(jīng)證實我公司對貨物受損負有責(zé)任，我們總是樂于賠償。但是，對這一事件我們必須指出，清潔提單中已注明：貨物裝船時狀態(tài)良好。因此， 建議你公司向有關(guān)船公司提出索賠。如你公司需向我方再購50箱，以補足變質(zhì)部分，請即通知，我公司很愿照辦。

Insurance: To be effected by the Sellers against All

Risks for 110% of invoice value

Time of Shipment: August, 1988

Port of Shipment: China Port

Port of Destination: Vancouver, Canada.

Shipping Mark: At Seller’s option

Terms of Payment: By irrevocable, transferable, sight L/C, to reach the Sellers 30 days before the time of shipment. The L/C shall be valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the date of shipment.

Done and signed in Beijing on this 4th day of May 1988.
