一、國際商務(wù)單證常用詞匯

1、基數(shù)詞：

需要特別注意的幾個(gè)數(shù)字分界點(diǎn)：Hundred, thousand, million, billion.

幾個(gè)需要注意的數(shù)字：twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, twenty, thirty, forty,

fifty, nineteen, ninety,

數(shù)字的表示注意事項(xiàng)：百和十之間有AND,千與百之間沒有AND，如：4890，寫作：FOUR　THOUSAND　EIGHT

HUNDRED　AND　NINETY

數(shù)字的大寫要注意。

2、序數(shù)詞：

日期如果使用序數(shù)詞，一般可縮寫為：1st; 2nd,3rd,4th,21st,22nd, 31st

如果詞尾是“ty”時(shí)，將“y”改為“i”再加“eth”，如：twentieth(第二十)基數(shù)詞twelve變成序數(shù)詞時(shí)，將“ve”改為“f”，再加“th”，如：twelfth(第二十)，再如：eight，其序數(shù)詞是eigth.

3、份數(shù)：

in duplicate　一式二份

in triplicate　一式三份

in quadruplicate　一式四份

Signed commercial invoice in quadruplicate.已簽署的商業(yè)發(fā)票一式四份

Full sets of clean on board bill of lading in triplicate.全套已裝船清潔提單一式三份

紙箱 Carton, CTNS=Cartons

桶裝 Drum/Barrel/Casks

麻袋 Gunny Bags

One hundred and sixty-three wooden cases (163木箱)

Two hundred and eight cartons (208紙板箱)

Packed in single sound gunny bags of 50 kg (每50公斤　用單層完好麻袋包裝)

Total packed in 30 wooden cases of 500 kg each (30木箱，每箱裝500公斤)

5. Month and Abbreviation 月份和縮寫

January, JAN February, FEB March, MAR

April, APR May June, JUN

July, JUL August, AUG September, SEP

October, OCT November, NOV December, DEC

6.Date 日期

(1) 常見日期寫法有四種(以2004年5月3日為例)：

May 3, 2004

May 3rd, 2004

3rd May, 2004

3 May, 2004

(2) Shipment not later than 11th May, 2004 裝運(yùn)不晚于2004年5月11日

(3) Valid date until 21st June 2004 有效期至2004年6月21日

(4) Shipment on or about June 20, 2002 在2002年6月20日或前后日裝運(yùn)

(5) Shipment to be made during May/June, 2002 　在2002年5月到6月間裝船

(6) Shipment within 14 days after receipt of remittance收到貨款14天內(nèi)裝船

(7) The terms “first half” of a month 上半月1日至15日

(8) The terms “second half” of a month 　下半月16日至最后一天
